I’m a man, and most of the time it’s just a quick “get it out of my system” thing… but lately it’s turned into this weird little routine I look forward to more than I want to admit. I’ll tell myself I’m only going to take a minute, then I’m sitting there like it’s an appointment, replaying the same thoughts I swear I’m over, letting it build way slower than I planned, and then afterward I’m like… why did that feel way more comforting than it should?
