Coming to terms with not fitting into one fixed gender has been both freeing and enlightening. I’ve learned that identity isn’t something that needs to be neatly labeled—it’s an experience, a flow, and sometimes a spectrum of feelings that shift day to day.
What’s beautiful about being non-fixed is the permission I give myself to fully exist in all those variations—to feel soft one moment, bold the next, and to know that every version of me is real.
My intimacy with myself has also evolved with that realization. Exploring my body and desires has become less about fitting into a certain idea of gender and more about listening to what actually feels right for me. It’s a way to connect with myself honestly, without judgment, and to celebrate the body and mind that make me who I am.
Through all of it, I’ve discovered a deeper respect for my own boundaries, desires, and changing expressions. Being gender-fluid isn’t confusion—it’s freedom. And embracing that freedom in every aspect of life has made me feel more whole than I ever imagined.
